Dr. Shaleen Panda

I experienced a pain in my tooth whilst in a meeting and the jolt that i experienced in the brain was immense. As the Tooth was decaying and i did not attend to it earlier led to exposure of the nerves which started the pain when in contact with water.

My friend referred me to Dr. Shaleen who promptly checked and understood the problem. Since i had not done a complete cleaning of my teeth from 3 years, which is utmost necessary to avoid decay and tooth loss. She first did a complete clean up and examined the decayed tooth.

The only logical option due to the decay of the tooth that was left was extraction.

As i had not done an extraction and this one being the 2nd one in my lifetime there was a fear(which is usually there for the 1st time).

Dr. Shaleen did a good job of discussing the procedure and also ensured that the extraction was done with minimum pain at my end.

Also the post extraction review was done with a prompt followup from her end.

i will highly recommend Dr. Shaleen to the readers of Practo. I believe that she has a very practical approach to your dental issues and gives a realistic opinion.

My whole family prefers her to any other dentist.quality of material used is very high.be it the chairs, instruments and chemicals used for treatment.i would rather pay a little more to an honest dentist like her ,who loves her job,comes from a well to do family,and does not believe in misleading her patients,but get a treatment done which would last me for years to come.

Dr.Shaleen loves her job she loves showcasing her brilliant skills and experience while treating the patient. My fear of dental treatments vanished when I had my first appointment with the doctor. She is so well versed in what she does and so confident that she brought the confidence in me as well. I got my root canal of 6 teeth done without ever experiencing any sort of pain. She is definitely the best root canal specialist you'll find in at least Navi Mumbai! She never forgets her patients, in fact she makes sure that the treatment is so good that the patient never forgets her!

My dental appointment with Dr Shaleen has been a wonderful experience. I reckon she's easily one of the most competent Endodontist around in Mumbai (+ Navi Mumbai). Her brilliant effifacy, experience and expertise is a rare find and this enables a smooth and effective treatment on my every sitting. She's friendly, smart and explains tooth problems in lucid language. I would highly recommend her for root canal treatment.

Dr is friendly, approachable, explains the health issue very well.

My partial tooth was broken and it was a case of extraction as very little space was available for filling. Dr took extra care by ensuring that the tooth was salvaged without going through the pains of extraction. Filling is done efficiently and putting a cap ensures that the tooth is fully repaired now.

Visited Dr. Shaleen under excruciating pain. Was thankful to have attended to on Sunday. Doc quickly diagnosed the issue with wisdom tooth having impacted 2nd molar requiring RCT and wisdom tooth extraction. RCT treatment with clearing of cavity was done then itself for quick relief from pain. That was followed up by wisdom tooth extraction by oral surgeon at a convenient date. She explained the issue in depth and suggested a treatment plan completing with RCT.
