We had an emergency at home, on 23 Aug 2019, my wife developed very severe drug reaction to a medicine she consumed. She had taken the medicine in the past and had no problems. Within 30 minutes she complained of severe itching, rashes developed all over her body. I called Dr Rashmi and explained the situation. Doctor asked us me to give her Avil/ Citizine. I did the same, however since the reaction was severe the patient started to have swelling of her face , lips and fingers. The body was red and itchy. The patient complained of breathlessness and I also observed her finger tips turning blue and her tongue too. I called Dr Rashmi, she was outside on some personal work, she immediately asked me to bring my wife to her clinic a 10 minute drive away from home. By the time I reached she was there at her clinic and was ready to treat her.
