Dr. Rahul Gupta

Dr Rahul R Gupta did his DM in Cardiology from KEM hospital Mumbai which is one of the premiere institutes in India after which he further enhanced his expertise by attending various advanced training courses abroad as well as in India and has wide experience in dealing with all forms of heart diseases including coronary, rheumatic, congenital, pericardial, cardiomyopathies & rhythm disturbances. During his training he received the RESIDENT DOCTOR AWARD and Shankar Dayal Sharma Gold Medal.He was a topper in his college in both DM Cardiology & MD medicine university exams. He also bagged the Young Scholar Award at a national level competition during his residency. He has attended & presented papers in various national & international conferences. His expertise includes primary angioplasty, complex angioplasties, intravascular and FFR guided angioplasty, Peripheral interventions Pacemakers, AICD, ASD & PDA device closure (closing holes in heart without open heart surgery), balloon valvotomy. Besides interventions his fields of special interests are preventive cardiology & stem cell therapy for management of cardiovascular disorders. Dr Gupta also expertise in Congenital heart disease echocardiography including pediatric, neonatal & Fetal echo.
