We had our baby under the care of dr. Kalpana Gupta mam and the entire experience was wonderful. From our first consultation to the delivery room, the team was calm, reassuring, and transparent. The doctor was good and I would recommend her. However, the clinic experience was very disappointing as the doctor was late by over an hour and I was initially asked to consult with an assistant despite paying for the doctor. The consultation felt rushed and the waiting time was frustrating.
