She is very polite, friendly *** ************** She makes sure that I understand properly whatever she tries to say and gives homework in every session to make sure that I stay in constant practice with the concepts. I really enjoy every session and learn new things everytime I get to meet her. Counseling with her has taught me to see things in a different way, build new perspectives, positivity and resilience in any situation. I look forward to learn more from her and inculcate those things in my daily life emotional struggles. I've been taking appointments with Indira for a while now, and I've realized how valuable therapy can be. One of best things I've learned about Indira's work is pushing you how to support yourself emotionally rather than becoming dependent on others. That's what I feel is the true meaning of therapy.
