I do not recommend the doctor

Hoped for better: Value for money

The bad experience for me was that the fee for removing the dust from the eyes is separate and the consultant fee is different ,Charges 700 rupees *** ** ***** **** *** ******* ******* *** **** **** *** *** ** ** ***** ** **** *** ****** ** **** ******* ***** ***I will never recommend anyone to go to this hospital

The doctor was really very friendly to me he also explained the issue very nicely and also gave confidence not to worry the centre was very clean and they were also taking care of patients and also were sanitizing all of them they were taking all the precautions

Hoped for better: Treatment satisfaction

During my annual health check up, eye check up could not be done as on that day eye doctor was not available.

Evista eye care center is on our company panel. But due to paucity of time and simple check up I chose this Netralaya.

My wife was *** ***** *** ***** *** *** was straight away recommend for cataract operation.

Somehow I was not satisfied.

I am sorry for the negative feedback.

Thank you for your feedback, bit on examination of Mrs Chaudhary, she had cataract in both eyes and she is not going to improve with glasses. Hence she was advised for cataract surgery. Sooner or later she has to do it.
