I visited Doctor for a diet so I can loose weight and have a energetic day. Doctor started with asking my routine and accordingly made a diet plan for a week.
She took time and explained me well all my queries regarding weight.

Doctor is helpful and friendly. She is not dietition but she is nutritionist coz I m not dieting actualy.. eating all the foods whichever I like... But in appropriate quantity.... Not craving for food becoz of dieting ...Eating properly in proper time and quantity... Have lost 3kgs in 1 month...
