I was suffering a lot from a few health issues like chronic cough and asthma for more than 10 years, IBS for 5+ years, anger and irritability issues, and suicidal thoughts.

I was suffering from severe cervical spondylosis with disc bulging, which caused unbearable neck pain and many sleepless nights.
