Visited Dr. GIRISH NAIR in apollo hospital this Saturday, when I had a pain in my neck that was leading to a headache.
PHYSICAL EXAMINATION :-He asked me to tightly shut my eyes and release and made me stand with my eyes close ** *** ** ******* ******
Later was another story
He sat down calmly with his pen and paper and jotted down over 20 blood tests two MRI with contrast, two other neural exam
And referred me to another eye doctor for some other tests.
That was all the physical examination with a plethora of tests.
I when casually asked the receptionist how much would these tests roughly cost, she gave me a estimate of 60k.
I went numb

I had met the doctor and it was for giddiness issues. Doctor was good in consulting me. I would like to recommend the doctor to other people. Tablets were prescribed by the doctor. MRI was done. There was no waiting time in the hospital when we went. I was unconscious. Doctor was friendly. Hospitality was good.

The doctor prescribed way too many costly tests. Most of them appeared to be needless ,adding a little value to overall treatment of the patient and the configuration of the illness.
