Dr SANDEEP SONAWANE has been our family doctor for more than 5 years. After many Doctors had failed to diagnose my wife's health issue, we went to him. I had taken my father to Dr. Sandeep Sonawane for a persisting cough. Although my father has paralysis but now other than the cough he had no issues. The doctor only listened to his complains verbally and did not check my father's chest or anything even for once with his stethoscope. Without any investigation the doctor said that my father is having severe lung infection and needs to be admitted to the hospital immediately. He also said that once he get admitted all possible medical test will be done and then he will start his treatment. I found no logic in this. If my father's condition was that severe, he need immediate treatment. So how can the doctor wait for all the test results to come before starting of medicine. And also without even simply checking the patient how can the doctor ascertain that the patient is having severe lung infection. And also when I said that i will not admit my father, he did not prescribe a single medicine to take at home and only gave one dose of nebulization. So this doctor only treats his patient only when they get admitted to the hospital otherwise he does not care for his patient.
