I had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Prashant Agrawal at Apollo Hospital Mumbai, *** * *** *********** *** **** ** ** *** ** *** **** ******* * **** **** ************ I was suffering with knee pain since ९ months which I was relieved.

I visited dr for my knee injury 3 months before , mri was done and reported as injury to posterior horn of medial meniscus , I also consulted three other ortho dr , all of them - advised arthroscopic surgery , Dr Prashant Agrawal @ Apollo hospital examined me clinically and asked me to do some exercises , also asked me to take injection at knee if symptom persists , but fortunately with medication and exercise my knee pain and swelling disappeared , i did not take injection , neither under gone surgery ,

I visited on Saturday 24th sep in Apollo Hospital. I met him after 2 hr waiting eventhough I booked appointment for 11:15 AM. Hospital reception staff was so rude. Billing staff could not billed even in 1 hr...Highly mismanaged. Finally I met Doctor and described my shoulder pain and chronic back pain. he was in hurry and prescribed voline and some Vitamin...Pain killer. *** ** *** ****** ********* ********* *** I am still suffering from sever pain.

**** *** ******* Doesn't listen to problems rather shouts at patients. I do not recommend him to anyone. Doesn't has patience at all.
