Dr. K Varsha Rao

I have visited this clinic on two occasions. First time was during the last year when I was treated by Dr.Sonika for a root canal process and this year (just completed yesterday) under Dr.Haya Siddiqui. This was also for a route canal treatment for a different tooth. Both my experiences were good. Felt as if I was at home rather than in any of the clinics. In my opinion majority depends on the staff and the doctors who make things easy and comfortable for the patient and in this way I should compliment Dr.Varsha for having this wonderful team. This entire team including the Dr.Haya were very courteous and polite which has made my treatment more comfortable and good. I sometimes feel, a lot also depends on the leadership qualities of Dr.Varsha which is also made this clinic very popular and special in Navi Mumbai. I can only say finally Dr.Varsha is blessed to have such a good cordial colleagues who not only takes the treatment of the patients to greater heights but also adds value to the treatment given to the patients and to the clinic. I'm terribly afraid of the dentist and she's very sensitive to that and goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. 

Dr. Varsha is an excellent dentist. She took the time to explain every procedure she was doing. For example, when I got my teeth fixed with some fillings , Dr. Varsha was very supportive, and thorough when explaining the process. She is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality.

I would recommend Dr. Varsha to everyone.

Dr. Varsha is the first dentist who paused to ask me if anything hurt and it was the first time I had totally pain-free dentistry and yes had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Varsha Rao and her Staff..

I had a wonderful experience. The staff is very efficient and kind with smiles on their faces, so more than 50% of my anxiety was gone. Dr. Varsha is a very efficient and intelligent doctor. I always visit her for all my dental problems. Overall they make you feel comfortable and special before starting with the job and during the procedure too. Post operative instructions were given in print which were very helpful. And I was called the following day for a checkup. So I felt I was given proper attention and care.

The experience was a good one. Dr. Varsha explains the treatment, post treatment days needed and also the cost. The transperancy is well appreciated. All fears and doubts were quelled and cleared. Will definitely recommend her to all friends and colleagues. You also have the independence to go back for any queries and one free checkup.

Not great coz I had this gum problem where she recommended me another doc.. she shld tell pre hand dat she wldnt b working over dis case.she cleant my teeths n charged 1000 rs which wasn't needed..coz d doc whose gonna do ma treatment would definately do d cleanin.after everything was done then she states u hav to visit another doc for ur gums.Dats not Wat a doc duty is..that if dats isn't her case do sumthin over d patient n jus charge her for d things which wasn't necessary at that time.sorry..I wldnt recommend her name to any one..I actually got fooled..bad experience

Treatment review :I went for my dental cleaning(Rs1500). Everything was done, I went home and after a while I checked in the mirror and I could see deposits(don't know if that's the exact term) on my tooth which were left out. I was deceived. I don't know how such deposits which a normal person could easily see in the mirror evaded the eyes of a dentist. People just believe that their cleaning is done and don't verify it. Please don't let such things happen. I went again and got some left out deposits cleaned with no apologies. Waiting time review (lots of partiality) :My appointment was at 10am which was the first appointment of that day. A patient came before me and doctor called her first(ok so first come first in works here despite taking appointment). I got angry but still kept calm. The receptionist gave illogical excuses when I asked for justification. The next day I went to get the leftover deposits cleaned in the evening. This time I should have gone first but I had to wait as she called other patient first. A lady came after me with her daughter for the same reason why I had come but they were sent in before me(first come first in also failed). I spoke out but all in vain as some irrational excuses were given by the receptionist. The doctor has a cctv where she sees the patients waiting outside and decides at her will whom to send inside (mostly her favoured patients). This is a neither a vengeful nor an unfair feedback. I have only written the truth.

It was a wonderful experience to be treated under Dr. K. Varsha Rao. I went to her clinic for dental lamination. The equipments used at their clinic were very good. She and her staff were very patient in clarifying all my queries. Everyone from doctor to all the staff were very productive.

There was paucity of time and she was generous enough to give me two time slots in a single day

Her professional approach, courteous nature made my tough treatment look awfully simple.

The team is very professional, polite, gentle, highly skilled, knowledgeable, courteous and strict with appointments...

I had never to wait at any of the time during the treatment which lasted over a year due to higher implants.. Of course, the patients too have to maintain discipline with time and appointments...

Nevertheless, the whole treatment went off without a hitch or complaints whatsoever. There are regular reminders of appointments that are to come up and this is in fact very much appreciated.
