My daughter was referred to Dr. Charu for a critical Dental Surgery by an Orthodontist Diplomat ( Very Very Senior Orthodontist ) . She not only successfully completed the surgery ( Very very Critical- 2.5 Hours ) but also counselled both patients and parents ( us ) so nice and politely during pre and post-surgery.

Charu ma'am is one of the most humble doctors I've met till date.

My mandible was big enough to come in front of my mandible, and I had to undergo a double jaw surgery in order to get it fixed back. I was to be operated on by Dr. Mukul Padhye, assisted by Dr. Charu Girotra.

A day before my surgery, I was very tensed with regards to how it would change the entire alignment of my jaws, and my major concern was whether my nerves would remain intact or not. Dr. Charu Girotra consoled me the most she could and clarified that the chances of the unforeseen eventuality shall be very less. She was right. It's been less than 6 months post surgery and there is no numbness left and I've regained my sensations.
