R Cin 100 mg Suspension is an antitubercular medicine which helps to treat tuberculosis and meningococcal meningitis. It should be taken with other medicines to prevent the spread of infection. This medicine may cause reddish coloration of the urine, sweat, sputum, and tears.

Hematopoietic disturbances

This medicine should be used with extreme caution in patients with preexisting bone marrow depression or blood dyscrasias due to the increased risk of serious hematopoietic abnormalities. These abnormalities may include thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, decreased hemoglobin levels, acute hemolytic anemia, etc. Close monitoring of complete blood counts, appropriate dose adjustments, or replacement with a suitable alternative may be necessary based on the clinical condition of the patient.
