Description

Candid Mouth 1% Paint is an antifungal medicine used to treat oral thrush (fungal infection of your mouth). It works by stopping the growth of the infection-causing fungi. Candid Mouth 1% Paint may cause nausea, vomiting, change of taste, mild irritation, etc., in some cases. Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist or if they become severe. Candid Mouth 1% Paint should be applied topically to the affected areas of your mouth. Continue using this medicine for the prescribed duration to effectively treat your infection. Candid Mouth 1% Paint should be avoided if you are allergic to it. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before using this medication.

Oral Thrush

Oral thrush, also known as oral candidiasis is a fungal infection that develops inside your mouth. The most common symptom is the presence of white lesions (painful sores) on your tongue or inner cheeks. Other symptoms may include bad breath, loss of taste, difficulty in eating or swallowing, etc. Candid Mouth 1% Paint is used in the treatment of oral thrush.

Apply Candid Mouth 1% Paint to the affected areas of your mouth. Use it after meals and do not eat or drink for at least 15 to 20 minutes after application of this medicine. After 15 to 20 minutes, gargle your mouth with water. Do not swallow Candid Mouth 1% Paint. Use Candid Mouth 1% Paint at around the same time daily for the ease of remembrance. Do not give Candid Mouth 1% Paint to others even if their condition appears to be the same as yours.
