We booked appointment through Practo, we were a little late but we were made to wait for 1 hr. Finally when we met doctor, we explained the symptoms,he just wrote a prescription and didn’t even tell whats the problem. Last time when I visited the doctor I asked him for prescription for medicines a child may need as we are leaving for a remote location ( a doctor or medicine will not be available there) Doctor said come next time I will write.....today when I requested he said he can’t do that as he is busy with covid patients. I understand the need of the hour is Covid patients but Doctor should understand that we took the risk to vidit him with an infant during this covid time just for prescription and some guidance. As we need to travel,what if something goes wrong....doctor should have understood as we can’t take the child to a new doctor now and we need to leave day after tomorrow.. I knows doctors are doing alot right now but my husband is also serving the nation and my child has to go to a very remote location bcz of that.

Dr. Narinder Toor replied

Covid test can be negative in a lot of patients. If Covid is suspected we cannot keep that patient with other patients. I am not able to understand what was wrong in suggesting to go to higher centre for opinion.
