Dr. Shashwat Prakash (Physio4U Advanced Physiotherapy Clinic) is a young and energetic doctor with a lot of experience and an envious educational background. *** ****** ****** *** ******** Due to 1 full year of working from home on my laptop, I had contracted frozen shoulder which also impacted my posture. By the time, I came back to Lucknow and consulted Dr. Prakash, I had a lot of pain and the movement in the left shoulder was almost completely restricted. He diagnosed me well and in a course of approx. 10 days, helped me to gain 90% movement. He recommended a few easy-to-perform exercises which I continue to do even after moving to another city. Given his availability, he is also accessible for online help, which I think, is a great & empathetic gesture. I saw him regularly interacting with his patients when I used to visit him. I was suffering from severe back pain which was radiating through the pelvic to the right leg. For that, I took a couple of therapy sessions with Dr Shashwat. He has a good understanding of the various injuries and the right solutions for them. He gave proper attention to every patient and his diagnoses work so well for me. He uses cupping therapy, Acupuncture and few exercises. Which helped me a lot. Now I'm almost recovered from the pain.

I visited the doctor for treatment of my knee pain after getting the reference from one of my colleague. I was under physiotherapy from day one.
