The whole atmoshere is very loving caring and supportive.dr. S.k upadhyay is a man of very pleasing and charming personality.who work and atend patients are also very well behaved cooperative respectful and sweet tongued.i world like to mention especially Mr.ashish. Even if the organization is doing well and giving its best to the needy ones but sometimes because of the rudeness or misbehaviour of any of the individual working in the organization, the whole organization suffers. No one is 100 % perfect but every individual in the organization together can make the organization close to perfect and if there any problem arises in the organization then everyone should tackle the situation politely and should punish the misbehaved person in the organization instead of supporting him/her . I am sure and hope that the ECPC is running well and individuals working there are doing their best to treat the needy ones in an effective way by understanding them and their pain properly.

Dr. Santosh Kumar Upadhyay is very hard working and giving the best treatment to the patients in a very excellent way. The physiotherapy centre is well equipped with all the modern equipment and well trained Doctors and Care takers over there. I was suffering from Lumbar Spine Dysfunction form 2-3 months and having severe pain in lower back and leg during walking. I went to the centre on 2nd May 2016, consulted with Dr. Santosh Kumar Upadhyay, he checked all my reports thoroughly and done physical examination also. After that started the best treatment for me. In a week itself I am feeling much better than before and surely recover fully very soon. All thanks to Dr. Santosh Kumar Upadhyay & his team for their full support and excellent treatment.

The treatment is somewhat ok. But the Doctor & the staff is only money minded. They did not see the pain of the patients and get the money submitted in advance & after that 2-3 days treating the patients somewhat good and after that they did not give any attention to the patient. Many times the waiting time of the patients will be 1 hour to 1 hour 25 minutes. And they did not listen the patients properly what the patient is telling to them, they just put the machine and leave the patient. And the behaviour of their receptionist is also very rude to the patients, if patients comes earlier than his/ her time then also he has problem that why the patient came earlier & if the patients come late then also he has problem that why the patient came late. Many times patients told him that there is traffic problem sometimes or sometimes they will get the transport late for coming to the clinic but the receptionist not listening to them and simply tells patients that covenience (transportation)problem is yours. The clinic staff also supports the receptionist. You all let me how how the patient will come on the exact scheduled time on the clinic. Generally if anyone goes to any clinic or any office everyone should reach before time not after the time.

Since last 5 months I was suffering from the pain of coccydynia then I came to know about Extra Care Physiotherapy. I started my sessions with the team and the magic in my life started .... I was able to sit normally which I thought will never happen. With each and every passing session I was getting more comfortable with my my daily activities. I am so greatful to Dr. Santosh and the team to transform my life back to normal. Tha doctor listened to my problem patiently and he explained to me the reason for pain in the knee and also detailed to me the procedure for correcting the disorder. The staff of the therapy centre is as friendly and helping as the doctor is. The therapy centre is fully equipped with all sorts of therapeutical machines and gadgets in good numbers to treat number of patients at a time. Similarly the centre has good number of staff to handle number of patients at time. The centre is fully equipped with sufficient machine and man power. The centre is maintained very neat and clean and is fully air conditioned. I highly recommend the Extra Care Physiotherapy Centre for all kinds of physio therapies. Last but not the least, I congratulate Dr Santosh K Upadhyay for providing the State of the Art Technology in Physiotherapy in Lucknow.

Staff is polite and friendly . Doctor gives time , overall very good experience . I had acl tear and I have seen improvement in my condition. They change the modalities as per your condition.

Sometimes staff dosen't mention any change in your report. But this is rare. The staff remembers your treatment . Overall the doctor is going great job. Treating patients who can't even lift a finger. He is doing a great work. I hope the focus stays on the quality of treatment with no stone unturned for every patient.

I actually forgot about my pain when doctor santosh was explaining me about my problem, its reasons and the simple word "its nothing, it's not disease and that I will be ok in 7-10 sessions".. he was not only friendly, also very caring. after my 2nd session, I was compelled to say "it's not our willpower but it's you and your colleagues who made me feel so good "...

Dr. Santosh Upadhyay and under his guidance his trained team of some highly professional physiotherapist are doing commendable work at their centre.
