I was barely able to move when I game them a distress call. My sacrolitis had converted to chronic and normal activities like sleeping and walking had become horror experience which I dreaded.

I found them on Google and approached them due to their ratings. Dr Puneet responded immediately and took me under his wings. He understood my problem got a few tests done and started treating me and gave me a regimen which I strictly followed.

Now 50 days in my treatment ; I am sleeping my full quota of 7 hrs, walking 3-4 kms every evening that too with out any knee or back support and do 1 hr exercise everyday in clinic under supervision. The results are beyond my imaginations. Kudos to Dr Puneet; Dr Rahul and entire holistic team.

I am so satisfied that I have now admitted my parents also to the clinic to get their knee and cervical problems respectively.

Hello, i got operated and I had rail fixator in right femur for 8-9 month.after the removal of fixator my knee bending angle was 50 degree and strength ,rotation was badly affected I was not able to run

my IT band , hamstrings, quadriceps were too tight and weak. after 5 months duration I gained 120 degree I m able to run.i specially thank to Dr puneet sir and devraaj sir. Also he was very educative. I ended up learning a lot strengthening and stretching exercises of my whole body in the end. I am still performing the exercises and it has helped me become a better athlete.
