I have been facing hair loss problem from past two year and I was not getting any results from any sort of trestments, then a friend suggeted me about Dr. Garima and after consulting her I got result like never before and I will strongly recommend everyone to who is suffering from the same problem to not loose hope and come to advanced skin hair and laser centre

I would like to share my complete experience here on this review.

I had mild acne problem so I searched for a dermatologist on practo for consultation of the same. I bumped into Dr. Garima Malhotra's profile with around 98 percent positive feedback from 199 users which was among the highest for a doc on practo. The consultation fees mentioned on practo was 500 which was not among the lowest but still feasible. I went ahead and booked an appointment for a sunday morning slot.

Next morning I reached the clinic right on time and after entering I paid the receptionist the consultation fees of 500 and was made to wait in the waiting room. The waiting room was completely empty with just me waiting for my turn and the receptionist had rang the doc informing my arrival and at the same time the receptionist told me that an automated call would be made to my number to which i was asked to press number 1 without even listening to the automated message. Beware....this is how this clinic gets such high ratings, I without knowing did the same as she asked and unknowingly gave a positive feedback without even meeting the doc at the first place.

So after 10 mins I entered her cabin and told her my problem to which she listened carefully and examined. A prescription of medicines for 14 days was given to me by her with a suggestion of chemical peeling afterwards which costs 2000 per session at her clinic.

As I left her cabin and reached the reception to get my medicines, I was taken aback at the cost of the prescription costing an amount upwards of Rs. 3000. I enquired what the medicine in prescription was and I was prescribed a sunscreen, face wash and two different multivitamins which costed something close to 2000 alone.

I decided not to buy those medicines from the reception and went home and later consulted a well known dermatologist in the city with effective medicine at a much much lower cost and the chemical peeling at his clinic is costing me 900 per session which she said would cost 2000 at her's.

This was my experience at her clinic and I leave it at you to visit her or not. This has also taught me not to blindly visit a doc seeing a good rating and feedback on practo

Dr.garima mhalotra I have visit several time with my Gf. *** ** *** **** ******* ****** .i suggested that no one shouldn't visit this doctor. *** ** *** ** *** ************** ********* ********** *** ** ****** ** *** ** ******* **** ****** ********* ******* ******* ** ***** *** *** ** ** **** ****** ***** Now we r facings very critical problem for face.her language also not proffetional. Her staff for clinic Saba is not have sense and manners

Although she is charge me five times more

So nothing is there to visit this doc

Waist of money

Ignore this doctor and many popular other dermologist r available in Lucknow

Me and my teenage son were under her treatment for quite some time. Without listening the entire problem or case history she starts writing long lists of medicines which are pretty costly and not available other than her own clinic. Sometimes, they're not available there also and patients keep on searching here and there. **** **** ****** **** *** **** ********* ** **** However, we consulted her for common problem, dandruff but no help in spite of using costliest lotions and shampoos prescribed by her. My hair fall problems have gone haywire.

Very unprofessional behaviour* ********** **** *** ********* ********** *** *** ******** and also the charges are too high in doctor's pharmacy. Completely unsatisfied no patient care and irresponsible doctor.

My recommendation is always a no for this type of doctor.

It was 18.08.2016 (Raksha Bandhan). I reached the clinic before time only to know that doctor was out of town for 3 days. It's not good that you waste patient's time like this. Shows how professional you and your team are. I'll go to any other doctor in town rather than come to you. It's still showing that doctor is available today on practo I have screenshot.
