I had booked doctor appointment by practo app.The man at reception told me this is not valid ,but under the doctor's room i got to know that yes,appointed is true and valid ,and i can see my name on screen at booking time.After i talked to dr. Ratan singh,well he is very experienced ,so i told him about my medical treatment and he listen it.and provided me treatment .let's see how i do in one month

The doctor didn't bother much to listen to anything we had to say. Just had a cursory look and started writing prescriptions without bothering much to tell what he was writing prescription for or how he intends to cure it. He finished all this in a minute or two. He wasn't interested in knowing patient history or any medication already taken for this. With such hefty consultation fees, the least a patient expects is for the doctor to listen to what the patient has to say about his ailment and expects the doctor to share the diagnosis and course of treatment as clearly as possible. The doctor is experienced and his prescription might even work, but I would rather go to a doctor who keeps me in the know of things.

Good experience. .. bit consoled by the confidence of Dr sahab... that my illment is 100% curable.... waiting and working for the day, when I will be 100% cured... Thanks

There is too much rush in the clinic .. Doctor is good but the management is nt gud. It seems like it is a government hospital..this kills ur valuable time & your whole day is wasted.Sry but it was disappointing

Doctor is good but the man sitting there did not let my father consult the doctor on booked time, he gave him no. And allowed only only the turn came..what is the utility of booking with practo?? It was very embarassing.Again have to consult on 19 th, let us see what this time happen.

He is a great doctor, quitet experienced. The only problem is the rush at his clinic. it is too unmanageable. He should do something about it. Otherwise I really benefit from the medicines he referred. Thanls
