I had booked doctor appointment by practo app.The man at reception told me this is not valid ,but under the doctor's room i got to know that yes,appointed is true and valid ,and i can see my name on screen at booking time.After i talked to dr. The doctor didn't bother much to listen to anything we had to say. Just had a cursory look and started writing prescriptions without bothering much to tell what he was writing prescription for or how he intends to cure it. He finished all this in a minute or two. He wasn't interested in knowing patient history or any medication already taken for this. With such hefty consultation fees, the least a patient expects is for the doctor to listen to what the patient has to say about his ailment and expects the doctor to share the diagnosis and course of treatment as clearly as possible. The doctor is experienced and his prescription might even work, but I would rather go to a doctor who keeps me in the know of things.
