** ****** **** * **** **** ***** ************ ************* ***** even after taking an appointment for him, junior associates speak with the patient and write prescriptions. In the end of a process that takes about 2 and a half hours, the associate takes the patient to Dr Malaya who speaks with his associate AND DOES NOT TALK with the patient. He is beyond speaking with the patients. Just takes patient history from his associate and then you are asked to leave with suggestions to undergo family sessions. Highly unacceptable way to treat.

Doctor and his treatment is satisfactory but he should also give attention towards the misbehaviour of his staff with patients and people along with him.

Doctor Malay Kant is a very good doctor, I ll recommend him, but am very disappointed with the ill treatment of his staff with the public. They don't care about the public and their problem. It's specially done by his reception staff, I don't know that if they have ego problem or they tend to be oversmart.
