In the end of a process that takes about 2 and a half hours, the associate takes the patient to Dr Malaya who speaks with his associate AND DOES NOT TALK with the patient. He is beyond speaking with the patients. Just takes patient history from his associate and then you are asked to leave with suggestions to undergo family sessions. Highly unacceptable way to treat.
