Dr. Jesna Manoj

Dr Jesna has been working as a Psychiatrist since 19 years. After MBBS, She completed her post-graduate training DPM (Diploma in psychological medicine) from Christian Medical College,Vellore and DNB (Diplomate National Board of Examinations) in Psychiatry (equivalent to MD in Psychiatry), from St. John’s Medical College, Bangalore.She has worked in India as well as the United Kingdom briefly (in National Health Services). She has exposure to different types of people from different cultures and strata of society. Her approach to working is evidence based medicine. She has been treating adults, children and the elderly. Her areas of interests are general adult psychiatry (especially women) and child psychiatry.Currently she is Associate consultant at Deptt. of Child & Adolescent Mental Health, Nirvan Hospital: Centre of excellence in Behavioural and Addiction Medicine.
