He is very experienced doctor. I got my knee replacement by Dr. Vineet Agarwal in Nov 24 and I am very much satisfied.

Doctor is nice but attendant is not good I visited clinic on 31 Jul 2022 3 times alongwith X Ray report but attendant not fixed my appointment told me for long time waiting for only showing of X Ray report so I have been irritated and come back my home from clinic. This is my story on 31 Jul 2022. Due to this issue I will go another ortho Doctor.

WENT WITH MY MOTHER FOR HER ANKLE INJURY AT DOCTORS CLINIC AT ALAMBAGH. I GOT THE CONTACT THROUGH PRACTO. THE CLINIC TIMMINGS ARE EVENING 6 TO 7 BUT DOCTOR CAME ONLY AFTER 7:15. WHENEVER ASKING FOR DOCTOR ARRIVAL HIS ASSISTANTS SAYING DOCTOR IS ABOUNGT TO RECH, BUT DOCTOR TURN UP ONLY AFTER 7:15.

THAT DAY I PAYED CONSULTATION FEE OF RS 500 AND DOCTOR ADVISED FOR X RAY, AS I GOT MY TURN AT 8:30 , NEARBY LAB WAS CLOSED, SO I TOOK X RAY ON NEXT DAY I.E SATURDAY. DOCTOR CLINIC IS CLOSED EVERY SATURDAY.

I CALLED THE CLINIC ON SUNDAY AT 10:00 AM TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT, I WAS GIVEN 12 OCLOCK TIME. I REACHED EARLY TO CLINIC AT AROUND 11:15 SO THAT IN CASE ANY APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED I WILL GET EARLY, CLINIC TIMMINGS FOR SUNDAY IS 10 TO 11.

WE REACHED AT 11:15, DOCTOR WAS NOT AVAILABLE, I ASKED HIS ASSISTANT THEY SAID DOCTOR WILL BE COMING SOON, WE WAITED TILL 1 PM BUT DOCTOR DIDN'T TURN UP, WE THEN WENT OUT AND CAME BACK AT 1:30 STILL DOCTOR WAS NOT AVAILABLE.

MY QUESTION IS WHY SO MUCH UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE WHEN YOU ARE CHARGING SO HIGH.

IF ANY PROBLEM WITH DOCTOR IT SHOULD BE INFORMED TO ASSISTANT AND IN TURN THEY SHOULD INFORM PUBLIC SO AS PUBLIC IS NOT FOOLED.

WITH THE EXPERIENCE OF MY TWO VISITS IT SEEMS IT IS A ROUTINE PRACTICE TO MAKE PATIENTS WAIT.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOCTOR FOR THE ABOVE REASON AS MENTIONED.

THE DOCTOR MAY BE GOOD, HIS TREATMENT MAY HAVE HELPED OTHERS, I DONT QUESTION HIS QUALIFICATIONS ALSO
