Appointment was due on 8:15 but the doctor himself showed up at 9 30.the very concept of appointment got into question if something like this happens ,that too when you book a prior appointment by a reputed agent like practo,to save time. also,patient was a senior citizen waiting with ongoing ailments to be treated for for over an hour.i dont need to explain what problems a senior citizen more than 80 yrs of age must have gone through with ailments even undisclosable on this platform.need to work ot out with your doctors.
