Doctor Alam was quiet friendly and more than a doctor's advce his advice was more human in nature. He explain both the pros and cons well before hand so that we are aware of what we are doing. Finally thumps up to practo online consultation all doubts were cleared off.

Doctor Mr. Ashraf Alam is a professional in his area, patient friendly , he advised and treated Covid like panic situation, in such a way that to me as husband of patient (my wife) felt great relief.

Doctor have humane touch and least bother about money or don't advice extra tests or prescribe expensive medicines.

As I am in my third trimester got thyroid my T4 level was high but TSH level was on normal range my doctor asked to consult endocrinologist for the same and I got connected to Md. Ashraf and he understood the issue and well explained and advise was given. I really recommend him.

**** * ***** ****** In my first consultation, I reported a symptom by mistake, (blood in stool). Thus, he told me you are suffering from enterocolitis, which is an infection-induced problem. He prescribed me a generic antibiotic and a medicine for blood in the stool. When the next day I updated the doctor of this mistake(No blood in stool) and if it requires a change of medication, the doctor doesn't seem to pay much attention, neither did he explain any the reason to continue same drug despite a major change in symptom.

Doctor was informative, experienced and friendly to took time to explain the issue, causes and treatment.

No extra tests or medication forced.

Superb, good councelling skill doctor have.
