I visited Dr Shahi almost 7-8 days back for the first time. I had a fungal infection in my left ear and used a cotton bud after ingress of water. As my regular ENT wasn’t available and I have sinus issues as well as nasal septum problem I was sceptical about visiting a doctor who wasn’t familiar with my ent history. Clinic has enough space for distancing. Compounder and Doctor both followed double masking norms. Fees is reasonable. Treatment cost is reasonable. Doctor patiently explained the issue, did thorough examination, pain reduced by 50% within first 12 hours. Visited 3-4 times in a span of a week but lucky to have chosen the doctor. *** ***** ** *** *********** *** I found his approach to be very crude in determining the problem. ** *** ****** ** ****** *** *** **** ***** ** *** ****** ****** he was consistently trying to figure out the problems with my daily life (going to the gym, eating 4 eggs etc). When asked about the reason for the disease, he neglected the question multiple times.
Even while writing medicines, he took a buffer time of 45-60 seconds trying to figure out which medicine to write.
Extremely unsatisfied with the Doctor.

If there could be anything as a NEGATIVE rating, I would have rated him that. He is an EXTREMELY RUDE and ARROGANT human being. There should be respect and warmth when you talk to a patient and thats your 1st duty. *** **** *** ***** ******* ***** ** ** **** I understand that there are some good and some bad days, and some days you may not be in your best mood but with this man, you can never expect him talking nicely. **** ****** ******* ** *** ******* **** ** ********** **** *********** *** ******** ***** *** ** ******* ** ****** *** ***** ****** ******** *** **** ** ****** *** **** *** ********** **** *** *** **** *********** *** had to consult another ENT specialist!
