Dr. Diva Kant Misra is a vitreoretinal surgeon and Director of Swarnjyoti Eye Hospital, Lucknow, with advanced training from Harvard Medical School, Stanford University's Byers Eye Institute, and Sri Shankardev Nethralaya, Guwahati. With over 10,000 retinal surgeries performed, he specializes in complex vitreoretinal procedures including retinal detachment surgery, macular surgery, diabetic vitrectomy, and intravitreal injections.Dr. Misra is the President of the Young Ophthalmologists Society of India (YOSI) and serves on the AIOS Scientific Committee and the American Academy of Ophthalmology Retina Subcommittee, being the only Indian to hold this distinction.
