Iam from Orai (Dist-Jalaun) U.P. He very professional .Reception answers the phone quickly and with a polite manner , they are very helpful and quick on the phone , despite the pressure and the ever increasing demands they have to cope with they never fail to make a difference in they way they treat patients . They are all very welcoming and make everyone feel comfortable , not to mention the many times they have gone out of their way to help me. The doctor is also excellent. I have seen different doctors at the practice , and although I have my favourite and regular doctor I have to be honest and admit that every single doctor I saw, Dr. Bharat Ratna Pandey is excellent , *** ********* ** *********** , and he explains things properly and listens to you .
