Subject: Concern Regarding Attitude and Behaviour of Night Shift Nursing Staff
Respected Dr. Apoorva Sir,
I would like to bring to your kind attention a serious concern regarding the behaviour and attitude of the nursing staff during the night shift.
While I truly appreciate and respect the humility, patience, and professionalism shown by all the doctors, especially during critical hours, unfortunately the same cannot be said for some members of the night nursing staff. Their behaviour is extremely rude, blunt, and insensitive towards patients and attendants.
In particular, Nurse Sita and another female staff member working with her have repeatedly spoken in a harsh and disrespectful manner. It feels as though rural or less-educated patients are being treated as ignorant or unintelligent, which is deeply upsetting and unacceptable in a healthcare environment. Every patient, regardless of background, deserves dignity, empathy, and respectful communication—especially at night when patients are already anxious and vulnerable.
Such behaviour not only causes mental distress to patients and their families but also negatively impacts the reputation of an otherwise excellent medical team.
I sincerely request you to kindly look into this matter and consider changing the night nursing staff or taking appropriate corrective action so that patient care remains compassionate and respectful at all times.

Dr Apoorva is not only a very efficient doctor but a very nice human being too.He gives ample amount of time to all his patients,listens to them with sensitivity and care and is very efficient in his diagnosis and treatment.I would strongly recommend him.
My sister was taking medicine for long where in after visiting Dr Apoorv. Her medicine has been stopped after taking his advice.
A geniune dr who does not complains that other dr medicine is wrong . he just give his point of view to handke the problem.

I mentioned the issues, the doctor chose to ignore it instead of actually listening to my problems, gave less than 30seconds to the issue ******* ******** ******** ** ******** did not even ask any questions *** *** ************ *** ******** ******* Totally disappointed because this is not what I expected the conversation to be from a professional neurosurgeon.

Myself Sandeep Kumar, had suffered spine problem for more than 2 years and was on bet , but after getting in touch with Dr. Apoorva, I was very much satisfied by his way of treatment and communication with his patients. I was over weight about 201 kga he suggested me for Bariatic surgery. Now after surgery I am much better and r back to my normal routines. Also I have lost approx. 62 kgs. till now.
