This was only the first day, so a full assessment isn’t possible yet. She was very cordial and created a friendly atmosphere. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.

I was at a point in life where I had almost given up there was no hope, no strength left to fight, and I saw no way out except ending my life. OCD had completely taken over my mind and I had accepted that I would never get back the life I had before this illness. "Why me?" was the only question I asked every day.

I met Ms. Poulami as a loner, looser, broken, lack of confidence, lost everything mindset,acute depression with suicidal mentality, in one word in a distressful condition. Ms. Poulami was so polite and caring that the moment I met her first time I felt that may be there is a chance for me to come back into life. During my treatment period of 1 year on a regular basis and 3 months of less frequent basis I slowly learned about myself, about my strengths, my negative side, my deformities and the pathway to come back.

I went to Poulomi di 4 months back with severe anxiety, overthinking, low self esteem and had depression too. Also was struggling with self love, not able to sleep, always had a fear that something bad will happen to me, was struggling to express my own thoughts and emotions.
