Ms. Poulomi Bhattacharjee

I went to Poulomi di 4 months back with severe anxiety, overthinking, low self esteem and had depression too. Also was struggling with self love, not able to sleep, always had a fear that something bad will happen to me, was struggling to express my own thoughts and emotions.

In the very first meeting I started calling her Poulomi di from mam. She made me so comfortable that I shared everything with her. She listened without judgment & gave such a positive vibes.

In next session she gave a proper therapy plan and we went ahead with it.

I follwed all her instructions and did all the tasks she has given to me.

After only few sessions I and my close ones can see the difference in me.

My sessions was not over yet but me and my life has changed so much after visiting her. I can feel the positive changes in me.

Previously I am just spending my days but now I have started living my life and all credit goes to her.

She has a pure soul and her behaviour feels like family. If you are facing any mental issues and want a friend/sister with whom you can share everything without the frear of judgement then go to her. If you follow all her instructions believe me she has the power to change lifes.

I initially sought therapy for several issues, and during the process, I uncovered many unrealized challenges. Poulomi mam began my therapy journey with her exceptional CBT skills (she is a master of CBT), which initially left me skeptical. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how effective it was from day one. I now have greater clarity and am feeling significantly better, but I'm committed to continuing my therapy to further improve myself.

One valuable lesson I've learned is that everyone should consider therapy at least once to better understand themselves. Poulomi mam made me feel so comfortable that I could truly open up to myself; she felt like family. Her kindness and unwavering faith in her clients were incredibly motivating on my healing journey. Her methods are quite useful and advanced. I have been going to her since the past one and half years and it has helped me a lot. My anger issues are incredibly under control and my anxiety and depression is being dealt with. I would suggest therapy to all as it is vital for your mental well being if you have issues and Poulomi ma'am will help you deal with it in a very good manner.

I can't recommend her enough. She inspires, motivates, pushes me to believe in myself, and what not. I started treatment for OCD, Major depressive disorder, Problems due to Dependent personality, and other psychological issues in Delhi when she was working there. I have come so far, have progressed so much in terms of mental health and the quality of life. I was terribly depressed and I didn't have a value based lifestyle which was one of the roots to my disorders. I have always been creative and before taking treatment by her I had interests I wanted to pursue BUT now I have hobbies, before the treatment, I was always suicidal and with the advance in treatment the suicidal state started to disappear slowly and now I haven't felt that way since two years. I was able to overcome gutka addiction of 13 years, with her help.

She'd put in extra time sometimes (unlike other psychologists) to make sure I learn a technique well and I'm able to implement it and she does so without I asking her to give me more time. She checks in on my progress frequently. She's like a good teacher but with more compassion. She's passionate about her work and does her best to treat her patients, no matter how difficult or different their problems and disorders are. So please get in touch with her if you need a good therapist. Your location shouldn't be an issue as she is pretty good at doing telephonic sessions also.

I am a picky person, and I trust anyone very little. People in general see me as a very silent person because I speak less, even less when the topic is "me". It has only been around 2 months since I started taking therapy from her, and in this short span of time, I have started to trust her and openly speak about myself. Even though I was initially very hesitant to open myself to her, she made sure I was comfortable. She didn't push or rush it; she just gave me space to be myself first. I have been to multiple psychologists since my school days, and I have tried almost all mediums: phone call, video call, text, offline, hospitals, private clinics, and what not, but till now I had not really felt what I feel here. I feel safe enough to open up and feel heard. My purpose in going to her was to get help in my work life. I used to be very anxious because of work. Even before and after shifts, even on weekdays, I kept thinking anxiously about work. I can see a visible improvement in my anxiety level. The exercises she gave me were very simple, but they have been very helpful. I want to continue with her, as I can actually see myself getting better. She is a good find, I must say.

I can feel the difference myself. During one of the toughest periods of my life she helped me with her calm, gentle, empathetic yet professional treatment. I have gained a lot of confidence and somehow got some of my old self back. All credits definitely goes to her. Mental health is now a big issue and for its proper treatment we need persons like Poulomi di. She discusses all the issues and her friendly nature unfolds all the barriers for the patient and solving the problems become easier - that's the biggest pluspoint.

Initially I was in dilemma whether I need counseling or not but finally I choose to give myself a chance and select Ms. Poulomi Bhattacharjee. She is a great person as well as a great therapist. I visited her with Severe disorders, she listens carefully and try to understand the root of the problem and suggest me few things to do as daily chores that help me to recover pretty well with in a month. She just simply change the way I was looking to myself and she believes in me more than I do.

The boost she provides which is missing from my life is really commendable.

I have visited several therapists over the years. Fed up from all, I decided to give Poulomi ma'am a chance. Have been working in my personality disorder under her guidance. In short, she saved my life and gave me a new path to follow. I owe her everything. Would definitely recommend her.
