Dr Rohit Agarwal is very humble , cooperative , soft spoken with all advanced technology and equipments. Explains very nicely about the disease and how to treat the same and overcome it. He is very caring , friendly and excellent in his work. Also has a very nice personality and nice behaviour and calm too. Will suggest Dr Rohit Agarwal for issues related to eyes.

Dr. Agarwal being an alumnus from AIIMS made surprisingly unnecessary comments. When my mother asked him to provide alternative medicines that are inexpensive. His reply was uncalled for he said, "If one wants inexpensive medicines one must go to a government hospital". Such behavior is not acceptable from a professional with such vast experience. Although his diagnosis procedure may have been good, his behavior and comments were demeaning.

I was unable to see Dr. Himanshu Shekhar because the staff kept me waiting for 30-40 minutes ******* ******** ** ** **** *** ******* ******* ********** ** *** ********* ********* *** ******* *** ******** *** ********** ******* ************ Due to this, I had to visit another clinic where the doctor was readily available and provided proper care.

My appointment with Dr. Koushik Basu could not take place because the doctor was on duty. I was frustrated about not being informed in advance. The notification about the doctor's unavailability was lacking, and I was dissatisfied with the communication process.

Dr. Gopal Bandyopadhyay was excellent in his diagnosis and very professional in his behavior. The whole experience was lovely, and I appreciated the caring and positive attitude throughout my visit.

I was dissatisfied because the doctor was not available as expected. I chose to see another doctor instead.

The doctor was not available on the day of my appointment, so I had to come back without meeting him. This was disappointing.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Gopal Bandyopadhyay. I was satisfied with the consultation and the clinic support. I rate the overall experience five out of five and would definitely recommend the doctor to others.

The experience with Dr. Gopal Bandyopadhyay was good overall, although I wasn’t able to get in-depth details myself. The main issue was the long waiting time despite our appointment, but everything else was fine.

Dr. Koushik Basu is really good. My previous visits were fine. The consultation took a long time, but the explanations were clear. I would recommend the doctor.
