If anybody asks me or I am called upon by someone else that to say something about Dr. Sanjay Mondal, I would remain silent for a moment only. This is because, it is as if to show the ray of light to the Sun through the flame of my little lamp.
I have crossed my 66+ years of milestone and hence have gathered so many experiences through several observations and experiments and also my teaching profession as an Associate Professor of Calcutta University has helped me to belief the existence of God.
I never have seen God. But I have met Dr. Sanjay Mondal who is in my belief, *** ****** ** **** *** *** * ** ****** *** There are several reasons and incidents which has compelled me to tell you the fact.
I have had three Neuroendocrine tumours (NETS) in the first part of my duodenum, the largest one is measuring about 2 cm. After getting information through endoscopy of the fact, I consulted several Doctors of that related forum of different renowned hospitals and they used me as a ping-pong ball by referring me to the endoscopic surgeons and again to the GI surgeons for open surgery simultaneously.
Someone of the Doctors also explained me the situation as I have entered into the cave of a tiger and as it is now sleeping, I am alive. When the tiger wakes up, it will kill me and eat me as well. Some said that it would be a very much risky and life-threatening operation and 30% patients die on the operation table as it needs whipple operation by cutting several organs inside the body. One of the Doctors said that I have to pay him Rs. 5,34,000/- for that operation and for each visit Rs. 10,000/-in excess of hospital bills. Another Doctor demanded Rs. 80,000/- in cash for tax evasion exclusively for himself rather than hospital expenses.
It is the only Doctor, Mr. Sanjay Mondal who at my first visit give me assurance that the operation bears only 2% risky as in general operation and I must get rid off the situation at a cost of Rs. 3,50,000/- only inclusive of all.
My operation was done at AMRI Hospital, Salt lake on 1 st. February,2023 and I have to stay there for eight days in a luxury Cabin with two attendants regularly and I came back to my home by a well-equipped Ambulance and everything costs me Rs. 4,00,000/- only.
Thanks to Dr. Mondal as I am completely fit now with no problem. And my recovery comes within one and half months as he has already forecasted before. His cordial behavior, sweet temperament and quick responsiveness enamor me. I never seen such experienced and manly behaved Doctor before, in my life.
I solely belief that Dr. Mondal is transmitted by the Almighty and so, he is the pars of God. A man as a Man. Hats off to Dr. Mondal. Be well and keep well.
Thank You

It is more interesting and praiseworthy that he stated with full confidence that one of my health issue relates to urological though it resembles to annal fissure ,piles. Accordingly he referred my case to urologist. It is pertinent to mention here that urologist has also accepted his views and treating me since then. His skills as a Doctor international standards undoubtedly. I strongly recommend Dr.Mandal .

My mother Mrs Amita Kar , Patient ID-AM30102812 underwent Whipple surgery under Dr. Sanjay Mandal on 14 th november. She was prescribed 10 daye of hospital stay But her stay extended beyond 10 days & the doc did not give us any reason. She was undergoing different pathological tests but when asked for reports the doc denied having seen them. We were confused. After 15 days the doc said she would be discharged. Meanwhile my mother looked frail & lost. Her stomach was abnormally bloated. But the doc said that she was fine.on the day of discharge the doc said that as the patient was on liquid diet she should be given 12 feeds through the feeding tube & the rest orally. He also wrote that in discharge certificate. On the day of discharge before going home we asked the nurse to explain to us the procedure of feeding through food tube. The sisters replied that the feeding tube had jammed & become nonfunctional. We called the doc immediatwly. He said he did not know this & asked us to oral feed the patient. We were stunned r. My mother had to be taken home in an ambulance on a stretcher. She was drowsy & looking lost. Her limbs were numb. She seemed abnormally heavy. Her stomach was extremely bloated. But the doc had said she was fine. We took her home on 28th evening. On 29 th after noon she stopped urinating. We frantically went through her reports & found her potassium levels were way below normal but probably she has had no treatment for that. On 30 th mornjng she urinated after 10 hours. After that suddenly a yellow fluid oozed from her mouth. She suddenly collapsed. The fluid was still oozing from her mouth. She was dead within a few secinds. We were dumbstruck.we called up dr mandal. But he was busy in OT. I had had great faith in Dr. Mandal. But his post operative ******* ******** proved fatal for my mother. And he had promised me that she would liv
Visited For Liver Disease Treatment
My father met with an accident and was suffering from multiple organ injuries. He was admitted in Apollo gleangles hospital kolkata and had undergone ileostomy operation. He was discharged from Apollo and the doctors suggested to keep him in a nursing home for few days before taking him home.
He was then admitted that n Divine nursing home under supervision of Dr Sanjoy Mandal.
After 1 week he discharged him and we took him home, but after few days his condition deteriorated and we again gad to admit him to the nursing home. My fathers sodium level was low also he was suffering from liver problem but after few days Dr Sanjoy Mandal said he is out of danger now and his bilirubin count is also normal and can be taken home.
After returning home he expired after 3 days. We called him the day before he expired and he was so reluctant his only solution was to give my father saltwater repeatedly. We tried to reach him several times as my fathers condition was detoriating every moment, but he wasn't available always and whenever he was available the only thing he said was "it's normal, just give him saltwater ", because of his irresponsible behavior we lost our father.
Why he discharged him when my fathers condition was so critical?
Why he was so irresponsible, that he told to give only saltwater repeatedly without listening properly
Why he was so irresponsible?

His philanthropic attitude towards patient and mode of treatment with healing touch for clinical testing paying attention and listening to the patient patiently and sharing his opinion with medication is not only deserved appraisal but no words is sufficient enough for his master skills. We owe to you him.He has also contributed a new life to my wife performing a complicated Whipple surgery five-years ago. I strongly recommend Dr Sanjay Mandal.

I had visited his saltlake GI speciality clinic and subsequently in Medica Superspeciality hospital(15.02.18 to 21.02.18) in c/w my mother's GI problems(Unexplained CBD Dilation & bulky ampula of vater) which was exptremely disturbing for me due to its possible malignant nature. But in one go he could rule out the likelihood of carcinoma by just looking at MRCP plates to which my happiness new no bound. Later he advised us for CT Scan in which some problem was suspected and under him my mother was admitted in Medica S Hospital and ERCP & EUS was done successfully. Finally his prediction came true when I was informed by him( later I saw the video also) that it was all due to stone in CBD & ampula. ** ********* * ******** ********* *** experiences(in my opinion)in GI ailments be it malignant or else because evrything depends upon proper & early diagnosis. Overall he is such a polite and simple human being. Thanks a lot and best wishes to him in service of mankind.
Visited For Esophageal Cancer
Hoped for better: Doctor friendlinessValue for money
I admitted my father in Divine under Dr Mondal after he complained severe gastric related problem. Before this he was diagnosed with Esophagus cancer. My dad is also heart patient and takes regular medicine.I am highlighting few points which will help others to judge properly about the doctor and Divine nursing home.1.Divine nursing did not provide food to my father for 12 hours after admission.2. My father was admitted for 4 days in Divine and they charged my 15000 docotors consultation fee.But to my surprise doctor din' t even visted once and talked to patient in 4 days.3.Dr Mondal is not an approachable doctor.First of all there is no direct no of doctor .You have go via a middle person for the slightest query. Also his response is rude.4.Most importantly one of the ******** medicine -" clavix" was stopped while my father was admitted in divine for 4;days.At the last day of discharge he suffered from breathing problem and had to give oxygen. And to my surprise when I told then that I will discharge they(Divine) patient they(Divine) din't even consulted a medicine doctor and find the root cause of breathing problem.5. I had to submit paper for medical reimbursement later after discharge .And there was little support from Dr and medical staff in furnishing the papers.I had to go back and forth between Dr and Divine.I was complete harrasement during the covid19 pandemic.Long story short once should think twice before admitting a patient under Mondal in Divine.
Visited For Acute Pancreatitis Treatment
My husband is under treatment of dr sanjay mandal & he assured us that he will be cured soon and he is in a stable condition but after 11 days of treatment his condition began to worsen more and just the next day he passed away. Even after the last day dr sanjay mandal makes us believe that he will cured within 4-5 weeks. We were unaware of the fact by him that my husband's condition was critical.I am highly regretfull that my husband was under his treatment.
Visited For Fatty liver
Good Doctor. I had undergone some tests before and showed him the reports. He has prescribed some medicines and has asked me to repeat the tests after one month. Doctor is soft spoken and makes one feel comfortable, answers questions well. I am waiting for the medication to get over and after that I will undergo prescribed tests again and visit him.
