Hi, upon reaching the ILS hospital we were told that they've broken their tie up with Practo and doesn't consider the booking through it, we had to wait 2.5 hours to get out turn. They should inform the patients this information in some way through Practo.
I visited the doctor and I am satisfied with the doctor and doctor treatment. There was not much waiting time. When it comes to improvement, everything was good. I would like to recommend this doctor to others and the doctor's behaviour was very good.

Appointment should be given at the fix time waiting for a long period without proper sitting arrangement is very painful for a patient like me having ulcer in foot. I wish doctor should give sufficient time to the patient.
