Unfettered, Park Circus

Recently I visited to Unfettered for my mother, who is 84years, visited regarding her old-age problems. Dr Fatma take care of her as her daughter and make a lovely bonding. With some lovely session and simple activities we are able to overcome my mom old-age problems slowly.

Previously she was very anxious,depressed & usually forgot her daily routine but now the problem is being overcoming day by day. Now The thing she didn't forget is the date to visit Unfettered. She eagerly wait for the day.

From last 1 year I was suffering from anxiety and depression problems. Not able to focus on my career. recently I came to know about Unfettered & visited. After sharing all my problems to Mam,Mam advice me for sessions & some activities. Till now I have taken only two sessions and can feel the unexpected change in my mood & body language. I can find real me that I was 5 years back. Focused,Happy & confident.
