My uncle Mr Dilip Ghosh , 87 years had a fall on 20th Dec’19 night and visited RKMSP in the early hours of 21st Dec’19.After getting emergency treatment he was asked visit again on 22nd to see you. You attended him and advised to take some Xrays which shows some dislocation of shoulder.You did the required treatment and asked him to come after 3 weeks but now my uncle is feeling severe pain and could not sleep. Kindly advised a nearest place to visi you before. Regard- S.Ghosh

A family member had accidental injury to ankle from staircase fall and went to consult Dr. Sanjib. Despite being on wheelchair and obvious pain and swelling, she was made to wait for 2.5 hours before X-Ray scan was checked and patient discharged by system queue. Hospital staff were very rude when requested to expedite consultation. When asked, Dr Sanjib justified that it was not bone injury so patient can wait. Overall, medical staff lack empathy.

Also, clinic fees is Rs 700 and not Rs 300.

No ownership of the patient issue after your visit is over, doctor is always busy and has no time unless u shell out money. My dad was a long time patient of Dr RN Ghosh, when his creatinine level jumped to 9.3 and we were frantically trying to reach out to the doctor he refused to talk to us/reply on whatsapp was super delayed . We can always take the patient to emergency but we expect doctors to be more responsive when patient really needs help and who knows better about patient history than anyone else. We call you for emergency and not to create inconvenience. A small advice would help rather than being completely unresponsive.

*** ** *** **** ********** ******* * **** **** ******* ** ** ********, a doctor so rate to find in india who argues with patient not to do a surgery when the patient wants to do a surgery, he could have easily said yes and made some nice amount of money.

I had a failed ACL reconstruction surgery from different doctor and had a broken screw in my Knee cavity, he removed it by a arthoscopic surgery and as I had a job loss issues he reduced nine thousand from his fees!!!!!! no doctor in current scenario of india will do that..i can bet. (even after knowing that I am an NRI from Gulf region.)

hats of to this doctor who takes the Hippocratic Oath in such a true form.

after the screw removal surgery he keeps on saying your muscles are getting stronger no need to do another operation even when I say to him that my insurance covers me full, he will not do the operation.

rare breed of doctor he is......
