I had sharp shooting pain in both the wrist while moving thumbs. Problem occurred post delivery in both the hands…. It seemed to me that this pain will stay lifelong with me..

I had a shoulder pain , which occurred due to bad posture and working on laptop , I was in pain and was unable to move my left shoulder , Also that very next month I had to go for a trek , Doc prescribed me few exercises and it was like magic , The pain was reduced .For the entire trip there was no issue with the shoulder as I was carrying almost 6kg bag for 13 kms everyday for 7 days .
