I moved from my home in the U.S. to India for work this year, and Mansi was a key support to me as navigated various elements of that transition in both the professional and personal spheres of my life. She provided consistently non-judgmental and interculturally-sensitive support to me throughout our work together. I was so appreciative of her keenly attentive listening skills. She had an incredible knack for making connections between whatever I brought up in any given session and details that I’d shared in previous sessions. She also had a way of knowing exactly when and how to share her very thoughtful insights, helping me to become aware of many of my recurring thought patterns. This was (and continues to be!) very helpful to me. I felt like she always met me where I was at emotionally.
Her support staff were awesome as well. Everyone, from her lovely receptionist to the guard outside, always made me feel very welcome. On top of all of this, her office is beautiful. She has clearly put a lot of time and energy into making it a calming, inviting space. It has comfortable couches, lots of beautiful plants, soothing lighting, and is very quiet and private. Its truely said "we are our own enemy, we are our own best friend"....i have been my enemy since last 20-25 years.... And the reason was only few beliefs that i held so strongly all these years.....i could not believe that the reason for all the suffering i went through all these years is such a simple thing.... And prachi is the one who guided me to realise that and helped me to to take a step forward from my misery.... I felt after the first 2 sessions that i should discontinue because so many deep hidden issues popped up that i became uncomfortable... But i persisted and prachi gave me a new perspective to look at the problems n helped me deal with it....its very important to continue sessions till the end and give yourself time to understand your real problem, the root of all problems and heal slowly.... And the psychologist too needs time to understand us... So its important that you persist... ..and the best part is she never judged me... Though i felt i lost my mind and i m not a good person.... She treated me like a normal person having some difficulties with life.....and the way she guided me is outstanding..... She is the best person i could have gone to seek help....and i m so grateful to god that he took me to her.... Lastly to all who are reading this and need help ill say.... " you dont have to reincarnate to be born again, you can do it in this life".... I heard it in a movie and now i know that its true...
