Doctor Manish got good experience in treating Tmj patients that's exactly I was looking for long. He is polite & good in his subjects. I went for Tmj problem that was haunting me over last 5 months in spite of regular medication. He assured me that I will recover from this painful condition by applying different therapies & managing the health issue. He advised me to go for molar extraction to rule out the possibile reason of strain over joints. Afterwards he put me on some medication and advised me to continue with the physiotherapy for a month. I hope I will get relieved from this tmj pain soon. Thanks.

The treatment has been satisfactory. The root canal done was also excellent. The partial denture is also helpful in eating food. The overall behaviour., treatment and value of money was not expensive in comparison to other doctors in the area. Excellent rating

Both the doctors, Dr. Manish and Dr. Sumi Garg, are really good and experienced at what they do. I've been visiting the clinic for root canal treatment and wisdom tooth extraction. The extraction was done carefully and I was taken care of in the best possible way. The doctors are professional and soft spoken and detailed in their work. I along with my family trust the pair and would recommend everybody to pay atleast one visit to their clinic.

Trust you guys are doing great.

I am writing because Practo prompts me that 'Mr. Manish Gupta' a renowned dentist practitioner comes under Practo Prime.

So here is the situation, as per the appointment I reached the location 15 mins before (I traveled 25 Km) the appointment, only then I received the call from Mr. Manish that I won't be able to make to that place due to some personal reason and adviced me to come to his another clinic which is 4 km again ahead.

Everything said and done, I reached the new location around 5:15 PM and fill the form handed over by the supporter there, then we started the series of follow-ups from Mr. Manish. He made several excuses for delays let it be traffic, Odd timings, Miscommunication with Practo etc. and only arrived at 6:30 PM ( against the appointment of 5:15 PM) leave aside the location.

Post coming he never apologized for delay or so.

Please suggest what are the actions team is planning to take to tackle such cases and I want to claim the refund for the sum I wasted today along with the prime benefits.
