This is my story regarding the persistent abdominal pain I had for a couple of weeks.\nI initially thought they were period cramps,it was there for a while on and off.\nI thought the new office space,long working hours and not taking enough water would have caused Urinary infection.\nI couldn't really find a friendly gyneac near my locality\ud83d\ude23,I must thank @dr_abi.mathan.md for introducing Dr.Aishwarya. I asked her for an appointment,she was kind enough to give me a teleconsultation and prescribe medications immediately.\nI spoke to her about my harmonal issues like hypothyroidism and pcos which was diagnosed few years ago.I don't have any disturbances because of these issues except that I was taking medicines for thyroid for a long time.She was the only doctor who assured me lifestyle modifications and yoga can help regulate harmonal changes.I really wanted to give a virtual hug .I was so grateful for her kind words.\nLater after few days the pain still continued.\nThis time I contacted her in the late night asking if I can meet her in person the next day,she suggested for scans since I seem worried. \nI kept thinking positive that it should be something minor.. \nYes, Thank god it wasn't anything much to worry.\nI met her last night around 8:30pm.She was so polite to ask me consent to do a transvaginal scan and checkup..\nShe kept me comfortable throughout( trust me I haven't been treated so well anywhere \ud83d\ude11)\nFinally she said there is nothing to worry and gave few tablets if incase the pain persists.\nAnd about pco and thyroid she suggested yoga,food and lifestyle changes.\n\nDr.Aishwarya is an obstetrician and gyneacologist,Fertility specialist in Chennai\nShe is a postgraduate of AIIMS,Delhi and is very knowledgable,but the humbleness and kindness is what inspired me the most**** ***** *** *** ** *** ** ******* **** ******* ** *** **** *

We tried to conceive for more than 4 years, consulted many fertility specialist in town , took treatment but it did not help us. I failed iui and also lost all my hopes, then I got to know through a friend about doctor Aishwarya mam, my friend said doctor Aishwarya is our lucky charm and with the same hope I consulted mam. Doctor was very friendly, approachable and empathetic. Doctor talked to us very politely and listened to our grievances also since we had previous reports mam did not suggest to repeat any test, mam only told us to take the test that was missing. This really helped us to feel stress free and calm which is very important while taking fertility treatment. Doctor suggested us to do only the necessary things which saved us from unnecessary expenses, within 2 months of treatment I conceived through iui which was a big surprise to us because I had previous history of failing iui. Then my whole pregnancy journey was completely taken care off by doctor Aishwarya, it was a very smooth because of mams constant support even when I had the smallest doubt mam used to reply me through WhatsApp, she was completely approachable throughout my pregnancy journey, every scan and through every consultation I was made to feel safe and happy. Big thanks to doctor Aishwarya and team for helping us throughout our journey and mam always suggested us the best by prioritizing the wellness of me and my baby. Finally mam helped me deliver my baby safely in July and my entire family is immensely grateful for the constant support from doctor Aishwarya mam and team, we consulted mam for the first time on 22nd September 2022 and we delivered our baby on 28th july 2023 within one year off consultation mam made our dream of having our own baby come true without mams kind words, approchability and professional support this wouldn't have been possible at all. Today me and my baby are healthy and happy as a family, the amount of help that mam has extended to us is immeasurable and we are forever grateful as a family. Thank you mam for your kindness and professionalism.

I had certain issues due to which I consulted a famous gynaecologist near my place. I underwent multiple scans and mri and was asked to do a surgery without a proper explanation.
