I have been advised to get CBT Therapy, I visited many therapist but didn't find any connection. Fortunately, I found Dr Samita. As always gem is hard to find but it shines from far away, Dr Samita is that gem but not hard to find. It's was an honour to interact with her. Each and everyone goes through some bad times, the same thing happened with me. I just tried helping people , making them happy and making them realize that ya, they are special but unfortunately they took it in a wrong way. Then I finally had a discussion with my parents and they decided to visit a psychologist.
