Dr. Smita Vasudev is an exceptional therapist who truly listens, understands, and guides with both empathy and clarity. One day during the time of quarantine i was alone in room when I realised something is wrong with my mental health being a nurse i was aware that at this point I should consult a specialist and Dr. Smita was the one dealing with my sister for her depression and i was satisfied with her work and efforts so I didn’t even need to think twice and i talked to her and got an appointment. Even though she wasn’t seeing patients in person but the online session were as effective as in person. And her efforts made my depression score to get lower. So my experience with mam was very good 😊 thank you so much mam for helping me in my hard times .

Dr. Smita is an extremely kind, professional and supportive doctor. She has gone out of her way and did a lot more than she was supposed to at several different occasions. I cannot thank Dr. Smita enough for helping me overcome some really traumatic events and stressful times. She has been a truly great friend and a guide. The overall quality of my life has tremendously improved since I started sessions with Dr. Smita. I hope that anyone who is suffering from any kind of stress feels free to reach out and ask for help.

I remember when I walked through the door for the first time all timid, under confident, low on self esteem and what not! Sat there in front of her tk open my Pandora's box of issues and problems.

Since that day onwards, Dr. Smita and I have been talking about everything and anything.

Ma'am has at every point been there for me, got me out of my problems always, always, helped me get through nights I never thought I could ever pass through. I shall forever forever remain indebted to you maam.
