Each and everyone goes through some bad times, the same thing happened with me. I just tried helping people , making them happy and making them realize that ya, they are special but unfortunately they took it in a wrong way. Then I finally had a discussion with my parents and they decided to visit a psychologist. In starting I was nervous cause this all was new to me but when I started taking my classes I actually enjoyed it. I loved the way she explained me and was making me understand things, I have improved alot

I remember when I walked through the door for the first time all timid, under confident, low on self esteem and what not! Sat there in front of her tk open my Pandora's box of issues and problems.

Since that day onwards, Dr. Smita and I have been talking about everything and anything.

In this era though we are connected with people worldwide on social media platforms but we find ourselves alone when we need someone to share our thoughts/feelings when life hits us with tough situations. Dr. Smita's session has provided me safe space to share my anxiety and stress while going through an unexpected tough/stressful phase in my life. Her wise advices , relaxing sessions and patiently listening to my issues has really helped me to stand tall in front of the situations that i was going through. She has helped me in taking care of my mental and physical health and as well as my personal relations while going through stressful situations.
