Dr. Kiran Godse

Dr. Kiran Godse completed MD, DVD from B.Y.L.Nair Hospital, Mumbai under guidance from Dr. Marquis, Dr. Wadhwa, Dr. Trasi and Dr. Khopkar. He is an Associate professor of dermatology at Dr.D.Y.Patil medical college and hospital Nerul, Navi Mumbai. He has more than 40 publications in Indian and international journals. He has more than 50 presentations at various National and International conferences. He has won several scholarships from world congress of dermatology (2002), International congress of dermatology (2009) and European academy of dermatology and venereology (EADV). He has received the Imrich Sarkany grant from EADV and EADV fostering scholarship to attend allergy department of Dr. Wedi at Hanover. He has received IADVL oration on urticaria in 2010. He has received Dr. Lonkar award for diagnosis of delayed pressure Urticaria from IADVL Maharashtra branch. GA2LEN will open a collaborating center at D.Y.Patil hospital for research in urticaria in 2012. He was Joint general secretary of IADVL national executive in 2009. He was secretary of IADVL Maharashtra branch from 2007-2009. He is a coordinator of Special Interest Group Urticaria IADVL 2010. SIG Urticaria group has published patient education leaflets and IADVL consensus statement on urticaria management. In 2012 Der Macon Book on urticaria was released.He also holds Fellowship from U.S.A., UK and is a renowned Associate Professor at various prestigious colleges in Mumbai.
