Dr Shikha could easily understand the focal cause of pain and explained the complete way forward. As I had tried almost all other options of physiotherapy in vain , there was little other choice but to trust her . We started with some exercises that were so simple that anyone would have doubted the efficacy . However, her sincere efforts and persistent follow up brought about surprisingly awesome results ! She is a magical talent and I cannot thank her enough for having resurrected my career and bringing back my life to normal. Shr is strongly recommended for anyone with any type of back ache . Retrospectively I feel i must hv consulted her even when pain was in nascent stage

I visited Dr. Shikha in QI clinic in Dwarka sector 12. I had back ache post C-section and I am 4.5 months Post partum.
1) On reaching the clinic, I had to wait for nearly 15 mins for the doctor to come and consult.
2) I was also carrying a diagnosis paper from another physiotherapist. When Dr. Shikha came she took the paper from my hands and started reading it. I politely told her that I would want to explain my problem to her first and then afterwards she can read the consultation. She made weird expressions and said 'whatever' and left the room.
3) She came back in again after another 2-3 mins and started asking the mocked questions, *** ****** ** ******** ** ************* *** ***** *** had a prepared set of questions to ask.
** *** ********* ******* *** She asked me to reduce weight (I am 4.5 months Post partum and have reached my pre-pregnancy weight already). ***** *** *** *** **** **** ** ********* ****** When I mentioned that I may have this condition as I am a new mom and carried a big child.
