I have been taking trauma therapy for the past four months, and from the very first session, I felt a sense of safety and comfort. Slowly, I began to feel relief from past painful memories, and I developed a deep sense of trust in my therapist, which made it easier for me to open up and heal.
She is incredibly calm, kind, and patient. She never made me feel rushed or judged. During therapy, she helped me understand my triggers and anxiety in a very gentle and practical way. Instead of just talking about the problems, she guided me on how to manage anxiety when it shows up in daily life, and those tools have truly helped me.
What I appreciated the most was how carefully she handled both my emotions and the physical responses of trauma. Even on difficult days, she made sure I felt grounded, supported, and safe. Over time, I noticed that I was feeling lighter, more emotionally balanced, and more positive about myself.
This therapy journey has been deeply healing for me, and I am truly grateful for the support and care I received. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for trauma therapy with compassion, understanding, and genuine human connection.

For the past 4 weeks, I’ve been working with Dr. Aparna Gupta from Gray Cells Matter, and even though it’s only been a short time, I already feel a shift inside. When I started therapy, I was at a really low point with severe anxiety, depression, and abandonment issues that I didn’t even fully realize I had. For years, I had been carrying these emotional weights without knowing how much they were affecting me. I felt stuck in my own head, I was constantly overthinking, spiraling into worst-case scenarios, and feeling exhausted by my own mind. I was scared that this was just how life was going to feel for me forever.
But from the very first session, Dr. Aparna Gupta offered a feeling of safety. There was absolutely no pressure to “be okay” or to have things figured out. She met me exactly where I was and showed me that this was an acceptable normal starting point. For someone who’s spent a lot of life feeling like a burden, or like I needed to hide parts of myself just to be loved or accepted, that alone was a relief.
Each session with her feels like peeling back another layer but gently and kindly. She holds space for, the fear, the deep sadness I had kept hidden for so long. And she never once made me feel judged for it. Instead, she helped me name things I had no language for and slowly start to understand them.
One of the biggest turning points for me was when she helped me see that my anxiety isn’t something wrong with me but rather a response that tries to protect me. That alone reframed so much of how I see myself. We’ve been unpacking my depression too in small, manageable pieces. She doesn’t rush the process. She meets it with a kind of softness and acceptance.
What’s been most transformative, though, is the way she’s helping me work through my abandonment issues. These fears of being left, of not being good enough, of needing to perform or shape-shift to be loved, they’ve run deep in me for so long. And with her, I’ve started learning that I am good enough, that I don’t need to become someone else to be safe or worthy. She reminds me consistently that my individuality is not only okay, it’s my strength.
She’s also given me tools and exercises that actually help. grounding techniques, cbt, ifs, all practical, usable things that I come back to in my daily life. when I have tough days, I no longer feel like I’m drowning in them. I know how to navigate through. I know how to reach for the tools. I know how to be there for myself. And when things feel overwhelming again, I know I can just show up to Dr. Aparna's clinic and bring it all to figure it out, one step at a time.
Im still quite early into the process. But I actually believe that healing is possible for me. And that’s huge.
I’m endlessly grateful to Dr. Aparna. Her presence, her compassion, her insight, and her ability to hold space for even the most painful parts of me have made such a difference.
If you’re someone who struggles mentally, I promise you, you’ll be met with nothing but patience, care, and real, human understanding with Dr Aparna.
This has genuinely been one of the most important and loving decisions I’ve made for myself.

I had approached Dr.Aparna Gupta for anger management therapy. She recommended EMDR. Her approach was goal oriented and very structured. I was in therapy for 5 months and I started to see positive changes within 1-1.5 months. Dr.Gupta, was very meticulous during the sessions, helping me analyse my memories and reprocessing them. I was not only able to control my anger, which was a feedback I got from my immediate environment, I was also able to quit smoking and start my fitness journey. I am able to deliver much better at work, now that I am able to understand my anger and mange it well.

Aparna Gupta Mam has been my psychologist in helping me fight against my OCD. Before I met her, I was convinced that it is impossible for me to come out of this OCD's loop of thoughts. She is experienced and intellectual, and has powerfully positive vibes. Even though I had failed in initial few tasks against my ocd, she still supported and assured me that together we will get over it. She did hard to investigate about my OCD and found the solutions, and systematically assisted me in first completing smaller goals then target bigger ones. Finally, quite soon I successfully faced and won my ocd fears. It was a wonderfull experience, and every part of that entire process was necessary in me overcoming my OCD. I'm really indebted to her that I'm living the life, which God has gifted me, in a wonderful way and enjoying the moments. It was a paradigm shift between my previous lifestyle of continous worrying and being anxious all the time, to the life of excitement, adventures and taking pleasures of life, fearlessly. Thank you so much Aparna Mam. I hope others like me get gift of worry free life from you.
Visited For Psychological Problems
Hoped for better: Wait time
I visited Dr. Aparna Gupta (Gurgaon, Sector 43) with hope for proper psychological help. She asked about my childhood, family, and background. I shared everything honestly, and also mentioned during the session that I had tried TMS therapy earlier, which was expensive.Toward the end, I asked, “What exactly is my problem and how will it improve?” She simply said:“Take a deep breath, hold, and release. I can’t tell you anything more right now. Come next week.”That’s all I got after paying ₹2500 — a basic breathing instruction I already practice.Then, because I said I could afford only 3 sessions per month, *** ************* *** ***** ****** ****** *** ******* ******* *** ***** *** **** * ******** ********* **** **** **** * ******** ***** ***** **** ** ****** ** **** ** *********No diagnosis, no direction — just disappointment.Not recommended for someone truly seeking professional guidance.*** *** ****** ****** ******* *** ********* ** *** *** ****** *** ** ****** ** **** ******** **** ***** ****** ** ********** ***** ***** ******** ** ** ****** ** ****** ** ***** ***** ****** **** ** ***** **** *** ******* **** ** ** ***** ***** ******* ** *** *** ** ***** ***** ***** **** **** ****** **** ** ** ** **** *** ********* ******** ** **** ********* **** *** **** ** ****** *** *** **** *** ***** **** ***** ********* **** ** *** ***** *** ***** ** **** * ** *** **** ** *** **** ****** ***** *** ** *** ***** *** * **** ** ** **** ****** ******** ******* ** **** ***** *** ******* **** **** *** ** ** * **** ***** **** ** ********** *** **** **** ***** ** **** **** *** * ***** ***** ** **** ***** **** ****** *** ****** ***** ** ****** ***** ****** ******* *** ** *** ****** *** **** *** **** **** *** *** ** ********* ********* **** *******

I have visited Gray Cells Matter clinic for CBSE assessment of my daughter. This was the 2nd time I went for the assessment.
Right since beginning i have seen that Dr Aparna Gupta really handled my daughter very gently and patiently. She is a thorough professional. Both times the entire process was completed by her taking painstaking details of every little thing. The 25 page report written by her included everything that is required by the school special educator to help a student. This is because she is herself a special educator and therefore has both perspectives- that of a clinical psychologist and a special educator.
This time also she really understood my requirements very well and created a friendly environment for my daughter to answer all the questions. The whole process was smooth from start to finish.

When I first started therapy with Dr. Aparna, I honestly wasn’t sure it was the right decision. I was nervous about opening up, and part of me was hesitant to trust the process. I kept wondering if talking to someone could actually make a difference. But as time went on, I realized just how valuable it was.
Dr. Aparna has a way of creating a space that feels safe, non-judgmental, and supportive. At first, it felt awkward and uncomfortable to share my thoughts and feelings, but she was incredibly patient and understanding. She never pushed too hard but always knew how to gently guide me toward exploring things I might’ve otherwise avoided.
What I appreciated most about working with her is that she strikes the right balance between compassion and practicality. She’s not there to sugarcoat things, but she also doesn’t overwhelm you. There were moments when I wanted to quit or felt like I wasn’t making progress, but she stayed consistent and encouraged me to keep going.
Therapy with her hasn’t been some instant or magical fix, but it has been an incredibly grounding experience. Over time, I’ve noticed real shifts in the way I approach challenges, how I manage emotions, and how I show up in my life. It’s not perfect, but it feels like I’m on a path that’s more stable and intentional.
If you’re on the fence about starting therapy, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try with Dr. Aparna* ***** ******* ** **** *** ***** *** *** ***** ***** *** ****** ***** ** ********** ***** ***

I’ve been working with Ms. Aparna Gupta at Gray Cells Matter for about two months now for trauma therapy and CBT, and the experience has been truly meaningful and transformative. From our very first session, she created a safe, non-judgmental space where I felt understood and heard.
One thing I’ve deeply appreciated is how she explains complex emotional and psychological patterns in a clear, accessible way. She always walks me through the “why” and “how” behind mental patterns, which helps me not just cope, but also build self-awareness. **** ********* *** ***** ** ********* ****** *** just quick fixes that I know I will carry with me well beyond therapy.
