Dr. Soumiya Mudgal

Dr Soumiya helped me by understanding me and listening me patiently. She analysed my problem, gave me solutions besides giving medication. I appreciate her overall behaviour while I was visiting her. She made sure that medication is taken seriously along with discussing futuristic facts as to when medications gets over how should I remain fit and what precautions should I take. She did not try dragging the medicine for a longer time but maintained the pace as my health was improving. Thank you Dr Soumiya!

She was very rude with me. First of all she did not explain what are the prescribed medicines for. When I was buying the medicines I thought of asking her again, she was with the next patient. I was getting late and couldn't wait for her to get over with this patient so I got into the room and asked her to which she got angry at me and told me to google it, seriously. I mean she could have just told me what that Medicine was for and I would have gone and would have hardly taken 20 sec but she started arguing with me. ***** *** **** * *** ******** *** ************ but instead all i wanted to know was why she prescribed me this medicine so that i could handle its effects and know if its working or not. I mean the patient should obviously know why is he talking the prescribed medicines.

Really unprofessional behaviour and least to be expected from a Psychiatrist.

I left after that and was so frustrated and lost trust in her so did not even buy the medicines.

I had wsted my 1000 bucks and did not wanted to wste more.

Also, I had a confirmed appointment for 11:20 AM but she was not there at the hospital, lady at the reception called her and she reported after more than an hour.

She is a good and efficient doctor. I am doing fine now after tking treatment from her. I would like to recommend her

After arriving she didnt apologize but she said “ Okayy , so tell me now” It was already a bad time when I obviously reached out to a psychologist. Later after listening to my issue she said, “Quit It”. *** ****** ***** *** ********** *** ****** ***** ************* *** ******** **** *******.

I was in depression and came with my parents

Rather than listening to the issue she started scolding me and judging me for my clothes and nails

i was so shocked that i paid 1500 for this behaviour

Haven't met any doctor who's behaviour is so so rude with a mental health patient
