I had a previously treated RCT (root canal) on my upper molar that was constantly causing discomfort and sensitivity. She first explained, in simple but precise terms, what had gone wrong—likely incomplete canal cleaning and improper sealing, which can lead to persistent infection or reinfection. She walked me through the X-ray findings and clearly outlined the corrective approach.

Since retreatment cases are complex, she planned a longer sitting to ensure thorough cleaning, proper disinfection, and complete obturation (filling of the canals). The procedure was handled with a lot of precision and patience, without *********** discomfort.

It’s been a couple of months now, and the difference is very clear—no pain, no sensitivity, and the treated tooth feels completely aligned and functional with the rest of my teeth.

She explained the concern and treatment in very simple manner. She answered all my queries patiently. She was very gentle and understanding throughout the whole treatment and did not rush.

The best part was that she didn't scare me that gave me lot of confidence to proceed ahead with the treatment.
